She specializes in manual therapy techniques, including HawkGrips®, and is passionate about helping seniors and individuals with Parkinson’s improve function, mobility, and balance. Emily is certified in the LSVT-BIG® program and is a Rock Steady Boxing coach, using these tools to help clients increase strength, confidence, and independence while reducing the risk of falls.
